A man was caught in First bank Sango, Ibadan, Yesterday around 4:00pm with 60 atm cards and 2008 Toyota Corolla.
He was recognized by 2 victims which they were charmed by him sometime ago by revealing their ATM pin code at the ATM machine.
The victims raised an alarm and the man was apprehended by youths. After a brief search operation, he was found to be in possession of incriminating materials.
